Your delivery at a glance
Delivery involves order preparation followed by shipping. The estimates below cover transit for in-stock items using Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance; please also allow time for preparation.
Estimated shipping times by destination
- United States and Canada: 2–4 weeks.
- Australia and New Zealand: 2–4 weeks.
- United Kingdom and Europe: 2–4 weeks.
- Other destinations: 2–5 weeks.
Some destinations take longer than these estimates. During periods of high order volume, preparation and delivery may also take longer than usual.
How we prepare an order
Preparation includes order verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging. After an order is placed and payment is received, it is usually sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours. Preparation time is separate from the shipping estimates above.
Tracking and separate parcels
To view available shipment updates, enter your tracking number at 17TRACK. Tracking information can take several days, and sometimes up to a week, to update accurately.
Items may leave different warehouse locations in separate parcels. As a result, products purchased together may not arrive on the same day.
Understanding the shipping services
With Insured Shipping, an item lost in transit or received damaged will be replaced at no extra cost when sufficient supporting evidence is provided.
Priority Insured Shipping includes insurance and gives your delivery priority on the daily order list sent to our manufacturers. Depending on order volumes, its estimated delivery time can remain similar to Standard Shipping.
Requesting an order change
Send change requests to support@focusedao.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes cannot be made after shipment. Before ordering, double-check the size, colour, and other options you have selected.
